There are a few options for ordering:
1. Call me at (503) 869-2584 (Customers only. No solicitors, please.).
2. Email Me with your name, address and phone number and a description of the product that you wish to purchase (ex: Butterfly Garden Necklace). If the item you are purchasing is a necklace or bracelet, please include the length, in inches, that you would like the item to be
(ex: 7 inches). After you e-mail me, please click the "Click to Order" button below to submit your payment information over a secure page. Please enter the full payment amount on the line provided (including $4.00 for shipping and handling if your order is under $50.00. If your order is $50.00 or more, shipping is free.). I can only process your order when you complete both of these steps.

Shipping: Standard shipping is free on orders of $50.00 or more. Orders under $50.00 will be charged a flat $4.00 shipping and handling fee.
Return Policy: Every effort is made to provide you with a wonderful jewelry buying experience. Each product is carefully crafted by the artist to ensure quality. Each product has a one time fix guarantee. If your piece breaks from normal wear and there are no pieces missing, you may get it fixed free of charge (the $4.00 shipping and handling fee still applies). If you have any problems with a piece, please e-mail me and I will work with you to fix the issue. Because I work with some semi-precious and natural stones and each product is hand made, some pieces may vary slightly from the pictures on the site. The difference should be virtually indistinguishable, but if you receive something that you feel is unacceptably different from what you viewed, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a refund of the purchased price. Shipping and handling cannot be refunded.
